National Skyscraper Day Lunch

Polenta Skyscraper Lunch

Today is National Skyscraper Day so I made two different themed lunches. They may not look like skyscrapers but I made them for myself and they were enjoyable meals.

Container: EasyLunchBoxes

Left Side: Polenta with black beans

Top Right: Cashews

Bottom Right: Green grapes

Skyscraper Quesadilla Lunch

This was my attempt at a famous skyscraper in NYC but I will not name it because I think that my result does not look like it. But this was a fun and enjoyable meal that I prepared for myself.

Container: LunchBots Trio

Left Side: Cheese quesadilla with food safe marker details

Top Right: Black beans with cucumber stars

Bottom Right: Salad with carrot and sunflower seeds

It’s multi-functional. Look at it also as a rocket ship, the Statue of Liberty torch, the Clock Tower in London, a bell tower, a famous row house or a house along Lombard Street, I can see Rapunsel (spelling?) standing up at the top – the possibilities are endless. See how you inspire us!
