I made this simple lunch for my husband on a day that I made a different shaped bread meal for someone else and I also wanted to make him a shaped bread meal. With a lack of ideas, I decided on the first letter of his first name. The raspberries have nothing to do with the letter E but they are his favorite and I had them in the refrigerator.
