I made this turtle themed meal for my Mom at her Lake House. She enjoyed it especially the little turtle tortilla chips. We decided that we would not make the Blueberry salad again. It was not special enough.

Left Side: Turtle – Cheddar cheese cut with a cookie cutter, food coloring marker details, Spinach Blueberry Salad with Feta

Top Right: Mixed Nuts

Bottom Right: Turtles – cut flour tortilla with a cookie cutter, place on cookie sheet with parchment, spray with cooking spray and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
