I made this meal for myself. My inspiration was a free webinar I took a few weeks ago from The Buffalo Audubon Society
Top Left: Musical notes – food coloring marker on pistachios
Bottom Left: Musical notes – carrot cut with a cookie cutter, peanut butter, celery
Right Side: Bird – hot cooked Nishiki rice pressed into a cookie cutter with plastic wrap, carefully push rice out of cookie cutter, Body color – salsa, Eye– piece of hazelnut, Beak – carrot, riced cauliflower and broccoli with garlic
