Easter Egg Lunch

I made this lunch for my friend Carol (before the CoronaVirus). I often make holiday food long before the holiday. Maybe my friends think it is quirky that I give them Halloween or Valentine themed food months before the event but hey don’t complain. In the case of a pandemic, I am glad to have fun holiday food to share here.

Container: Wooden box purchased in Kyoto at Bento&co.

Top: Bunny and Egg – Cheddar cheese cut with a cookie cutter, pasta, goat cheese, roasted asparagus and tomato

Bottom: Eggs – apple cut with a cookie cutter and dipped in water and lemon to prevent browning, sanding sugar, blackberries
