Tapping Maple Trees Lunch

Tapping Maple Tree Lunch

I made this Maple Syrup themed meal for my companion Ken. He came up with the theme awhile ago. It was fun to try a new theme. I am not sure if he was joking but when he first looked at it he said it looked like cross country skiing!

Container: EasyLunchBoxes

Left Side: Maple Trees – rainbow carrot, Buckets – carrot, House in woods – cheese cut with a cookie cutter with food coloring marker details, cheddar-garlic mashed potatoes

Top Right: Drill – carrot with angel hair drill bit (dipped in water with lemon to prevent browning), blackberries

Bottom Right: Maple Leaves – carrots cut with a cookie cutter and cooked with vegetable broth, finished with a drizzle of maple syrup, sugar snap peas cooked in vegetable broth
