Happy New Year! I made this meal for myself on a day that I made other cute lunches for my parents and friend Carol.

Left Side: 2019 – cheddar cheese (cut with cookie cutters), Easy Focaccia (I made this in the morning and the cooling time before I could put it in the lunch seemed to take the longest. It was an easy bread to make.)
