I made this for my 19 year old niece when she stayed with me in June. It is a fun autumn themed meal that I gave her in the summer since I like to work ahead.
Container: EasyLunchBoxes
Left Side: Chocolate covered almonds, carrot leaves (cut with a cookie cutter), Trader Joe’s Seed & Bean Medley, leaf shaped tortilla chips – cut flour tortillas with a cookie cutter, place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray, spray shapes with cooking spray, bake in a 350 degree oven for about 8 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp
Top Right: Pineapple
Bottom Right: Celery with peanut butter and tiny carrot leaves (cut with mini cutter)
I made this for my friend Dennis as a packed meal to take to work. Same as the above lunch for my niece, it was made out of season. But I don’t think he minded.
Container: EasyLunchBoxes
Left Side: Leaves – cheddar cheese (cut with a cookie cutter), pasta with sauteed onion, spinach, and zucchini with a cheese sauce
Top Right: Cashews
Bottom Right: Leaves – pineapple and melon (cut with a cookie cutter)
I made this lunch for myself to eat at work. I struggled to make this little cheese dog but it was so fun to eat this cute lunch that I really need to make themed lunches for myself more often.
Container: EasyLunchBoxes
Left Side: Dog – cheddar cheese cut with a knife, food marker details, on top of Black Bean and Corn Quinoa (I did not use celery or cilantro), carrot leaves (cut with a mini cutter)
Top Right: Walnuts
Bottom Right: Leaves – watermelon (cut with a cookie cutter)
Hi, I adore your blog and was wondering if you would make a YouTube channel. I would love to watch you make these bentos!
Warm regards,
