I made this pineapple featured ingredient meal for my parents and myself while at their Lake House for a weekend. I have made this rice recipe many times with my friend Dennis. It looks different this time since my Mom only had Japanese sticky rice and I used what she had in her pantry. But it was enjoyed by all.
