I made this packed lunch for my 19 year old niece. I am enjoying having her stay with me. It is fun to be able to make so many lunches for her. I am also making better lunches for myself more often than usual.

Left Side: Butterfly – hot cooked Nishiki rice pressed in a cookie cutter with plastic wrap, carrot and bean details held on with pieces of spaghetti (I pre-cut the holes in the carrot with a toothpick), zucchini, green pepper, and broccoli sauteed in vegetable broth
