I made this taco salad lunch for my taco loving nephew. It is fun to come up with new ways to serve the same thing.
Left Side: Eyes – cherry tomatoes with Cheddar cheese (attach cheese with small pieces of spaghetti – used a toothpick to make holes), mustache pick, Mouth – cookie cutter filled with Mexican cheese blend, lettuce
Top Right: Raspberries and blackberries
Bottom Right: Black beans, salsa, cherry tomatoes
Above the Box: Mini Dippers with Taco Sauce, and Fritos corn chips
