My 14 year old nephew and I have a special tradition but he does not think it is special. We plant sunflower seeds together in my garden each year. We have done it for 3 years so far. I enjoy this tradition and look forward to continuing it with him but he would be glad if I forgot about it.  But when I thought about making a sunflower themed meal I immediately thought of my nephew as the perfect person to have it. He enjoyed this meal.
