16 Birthday Car Themed Bento Lunch

driving themed lunch

In my area when a person is 16 they can take a written test and once they pass it, they get a learners permit to drive. My nephew turned 16 today. He took and passed his written test and can now start learning how to drive a car. I made this birthday lunch for him. When I made it I laughed because while my message is “stop”, a 16 year old normally wants to go. I delivered this to him in time for lunch and was able to visit with him as he enjoyed it. I gave his siblings extra brownies.

Container: Fit & Fresh Bento Lunch Kit

Left Side: Stop Sign – cookie cutter, lettuce, shredded Cheddar cheese, “Stop” – mini cinnamon tortilla chips that I cut with a tiny letter cutter set and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar before baking at 375 for about 5 minutes, brownie with red, yellow, and green M&M’s in a silicone cup

Top Right: Car – cookie cutter with chopped tomatoes and black olives, black beans with salsa

Bottom Right: Red grapes with vehicle picks

Outside of Box: Bag of Bite Sized Tostitos
