We are fans of homemade pretzels and I am always looking for new ways to serve them for lunch. I found this and used my normal pretzel recipe to make it. My 14 year old nephew ate this lunch. He had extra pretzels on the side.
Left Side: Homemade pretzel, cucumber slices
Top Right: Cheddar cheese (white Cheddar underneath) cut with a cookie cutter
Bottom Right: Apple slices dipped in water with lemon (to prevent browning), cinnamon
