This easy snack lunch was made fun with a cookie cutter and some food picks. My new favorite way to make tortilla chips is with jalapeno-cheddar flour tortillas – they have great flavor!

Left Side: Dog house tortilla chips – (jalapeno cheddar tortilla cut into dog house shapes with a cookie cutter, sprayed cooking spray on pan and on top of dog house, baked in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp), peanuts in shells, spinach
Top Right: Carrots, sugar snap peas
Bottom Right: Red pepper hummus
