Waffle Quesadilla Lunch

Today is International Waffle Day so I have a lunch quesadilla waffle and a dinner or dessert waffle with ice cream and fruit. I got the idea for the quesadilla waffle from here.

Top Right: Baby carrots

Bottom Right: Plain Greek yogurt with frozen raspberries

Waffle Day Dinner

I made this waffle with ice cream and sour cherries for my husband. I think that he would be happy if there was a waffle day every week.
