My 15 year old niece and I went raspberry picking at Chase Farms. It is a beautiful place for u-pick. I needed fresh raspberries to make this featured ingredient lunch. I also needed raspberries to make a Raspberry Cream Pie for National Raspberry Cream Pie day on Friday. Also my husband loves to eat raspberries.
I made this raspberry featured ingredient bento meal for my husband. I tried everything except for the muffins but my my husband, niece and nephews enjoyed them. My favorite of the recipes is the green beans. I loved the combination with a hint of garlic.
Container: EasyLunchBoxes
Top Left: Raspberry Orange Muffins
Bottom Left: Green Beans and Raspberry Hazelnut Toss
Right Side: Raspberry Fruit Dip (in Mini Dippers – I put on the lid after taking the photo), french bread, raspberries
I enjoy building a meal with several recipes that use the same ingredient. Click here to see more of my featured ingredient bento meals.
Yum freshly picked raspberries
They were delicious and smelled so good!
I love (picking) raspberries too 🙂
Looks yummie!
Thanks!
Lovely and looks yummy!
Thank you!
Never picked raspberries…only from the stores! I love them. In this lunch I like the muffin and the fruit dip. I guess, that dip is made with raspberry and yogurt!
Thanks for visiting and commenting. The raspberry dip is raspberries (with seeds removed) and cream cheese. I used it as a spread on the bread.
What a yummy and colorful lunch!
Thank you Rina!
