Celtic Knot Rolls with Rutabaga Soup

I made this meal for Carol and me. I grew up eating rutabaga but my family called it turnip. I thought it would be fun to make rutabaga soup. It was a fun dinner.

Creamy Roasted Rutabaga Soup – a dash of cream and dried parsley garnish

Celtic Knot Rolls – My store didn’t have scallions so I used dried chives with the brushed butter topper
