
I made a mostly make ahead meal for my Mom, Dad, brother, sister-in-law and myself. It was a fun way to enjoy a meal with family and welcome spring.
Butterfly Ravioli – I used my favorite pasta dough, filling – Ricotta, Asiago, salt and pepper, (I made and put in freezer a week ahead), boiled just before serving, dried parsley garnish
Pesto Cream – homemade pesto thawed from my freezer mixed with sour cream
Salad – Romaine with zucchini, bell pepper, carrots, and kohlrabi cut with a cookie cutter
Vinaigrette – a basic no recipe with olive oil, vinegar, orange juice, and honey
