Tortilla Easter Basket Salad

I made this simple meal for myself.

Container: EasyLunchBoxes

Left Side: Basket – Tortilla chip – cut flour tortilla with cookie cutter, brush with olive oil, sprinkled with salt – bake in 375 over for about 10 minutes, Easter Eggs – carrot, romaine lettuce

Top Right: Pistachio nuts

Bottom Right: Cheddar Bagels 

Mini Dippers: Raspberry Vinaigrette – I didn’t use the raw onion
