Watermelon Fireworks Lunch

I made this cottage cheese and fruit lunch for myself. It was refreshing and fun.

Left Side: Fireworks – watermelon cut and stamped with a cookie cutter, cottage cheese, blueberries, cinnamon

Top Right: Hummus with smoked paprika

Bottom Right: USA – carrot cut with cookie cutter, cauliflower
