I made Shamrock ravioli for a meal with my parents. I came up with the idea of adding Irish Whiskey to our cheese sauce. It was delicious!

Shamrock Ravioli – I used my favorite pasta dough, and added some spinach powder to the dough, filling – Ricotta, Asiago, salt and pepper

Whisky Cheddar Sauce – basic cheese sauce, add Irish Whiskey to taste.
