I made this giraffe themed meal for myself. It is part of my ongoing series of themed potato salads that often also contain.vegetables and cheese.

Note: A group of giraffes is called a tower.

Left Side:  Giraffes – Roasted sweet potatoes, orange cheddar cheese (red pepper flakes and smoked paprika), orange bell pepper all cut with cookie cutters, Spinach Walnut Pesto (I also added basil)

Top Right:  Pistachios

Bottom Right: Apple with cut check pattern, blueberries
