I made this lunch for my friend Carol (before the CoronaVirus).
Left Side: Birds – carrots and radish cut with cookie cutters, served over quinoa with black olives, cherry tomatoes, feta, olive oil and vinegar, spinach leaves
Top Right: Pistachios
Bottom Right: Cat – apple cut with an imprint cookie cutter and dipped in water with lemon juice to prevent browning, blueberries
