A week ago, I made a pasta dinner for my companion Ken to celebrate his birthday. When I asked for his request, he said homemade pasta with asparagus. I was excited to try making garganelli with my gnocchi board. It came with a dowel to make garganelli. Mine does not look exactly right but it tasted delicious and Ken was appreciative. He was excited to have leftovers to bring for lunch the next day.
