Shamrock Snack Lunch

I don’t make snack lunches for myself very often. In the past I frequently made them for other people. I should make them more often for myself since they are fun to eat.

Contents: Shamrocks – cut with a cookie cutter

  • Dill Havarti Cheese
  • Cucumber and carrots
  • Homemade tortilla chips – spinach, garlic and pesto tortillas cut with a cookie cutter, place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray, spray shamrocks with cooking spray and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp
  • Clementine
