I made this lunch for my 19 year old niece. I did not like how the rice snails turned out but I think the melon snail is cute. I was inspired to put chocolate on melon since it turned out great with my Fresh Melon Cake. My niece enjoyed this meal.
Left Side: Snails – hot cooked Nishiki rice pressed into a cookie cutter with plastic wrap, broiled cheddar, paprika, sauteed zucchini

Bottom Right: Snail – honeydew melon (cut with a cookie cutter), pipe melted chocolate in a spiral shape, grapes
