Today is National Toothache Day. Toothaches are horrible and not something to celebrate but it is a good reminder to take care of your teeth. I ate this lunch at work. The sides were in silicone cups for easy removal before heating the rest of the meal in the microwave.

Left Side: Tooth – cheddar mashed potatoes cooled then shaped with a cookie cutter, sauteed zucchini and tomato with vegetable boullion.
