I made these lunches for my 18 year old niece and myself (she picked the fish lunch). Japanese plastic rice molds made it easy to shape the sticky rice. Also using basically the same ingredients in both lunches is convenient and quick.

Left Side: Fish – (cooked Nishiki rice shaped using plastic rice mold), raw spinach eyes cut with a straw, sauteed baby zucchini and carrots in vegetable broth
