This year I have 4 fun Halloween lunches to share. I made all of them for my husband.
The first one is a candy corn themed mashed potato (the mashed potato cake is under the cheese).

This ghostly rice meal is prepared to be heated in the microwave. The cold sides are in silicone cups for easy removing before microwaving.
