I found these cute pumpkin chocolates from Trader Joe’s and decided that I need to make a pumpkin lunch. It had been a long time since I made these Pumpkin Cream Cheese Streusel Muffins (link is no longer on Pillsbury site – see image below). They made a perfect lunch for my husband. He loved it!
