I am starting to decorate my house for Christmas so I made an ornament themed meal. Today I will probably start decorating my miniature trees. I have collected the Hallmark Miniature Ornaments since I was a kid.
I make a lot of lunches with cheese quesadillas. They are a popular food with everyone I make lunches for, the ingredients keep for awhile in my refrigerator, and they are versatile for making cute shapes.
This was my first time using a plunger stamp cookie cutter with apple slices. It worked great. I dipped the apple slices in water with a splash of lemon juice to prevent browning.
Container: EasyLunchBoxes
Left Side: Christmas ornament cheese quesadilla with food marker details, spinach salad, toasted slivered almonds
Top Right: Christmas tree apples (made with a tree similar to this).
Bottom Right: Carrots with ranch dip (in small container)
This is truly so cute and amazing. I just love a cookie cutter :). Nice post
