Over the summer for my birthday a friend gave me the Moosewood Restaurant Cooking for Health cookbook. I love that it includes nutritional information for the recipes. I made the Broccoli-Cheese Wrap filling recipe with pasta for dinner with planned leftovers for lunch. It was delicious! Next time I want to try it in a wrap.
