Pretzel Roll Sandwich Lunch

This was an easy and delicious sandwich lunch I made for myself.

Left Side: Pretzel roll purchased at my Wegmans grocery store with Dijon mustard and Swiss cheese, sugar snap peas.

Top Right: Pistachio nuts

Bottom Right: Blueberries

Cottage cheese tomato lunch

This lunch was made over the summer with a tomato from my neighbor’s garden. I love cottage cheese with fresh tomatoes.

Left Side: Mixed lettuce and spinach salad with carrots, tomato filled with cottage cheese and sprinkled with Vermont Country Seasoning.

Top Right: Slivered almonds

Tomato and Feta lunch

I love tomatoes and feta and this lunch came together fast with ingredients I had in my house.

Belgian Waffle Lunch

I needed to pack a lunch for myself and did not have much in the house. So I toasted a freezer waffle. I enjoyed it and would make it again.

Rice and Broccoli bento

I made this easy lunch for my 16 year old niece on a day that we were out and about.

Container: Wooden box purchased in Kyoto at Bento&co.

Contents: Nishiki rice with black beans and salsa, cooked broccoli
