My niece turned 16 this week. I made this “sweet” themed bento for her to bring to school for lunch on her birthday. She loved it!
Left Side: Cooked Nishiki rice, cooked broccoli and cauliflower (in a little vegetable broth). I used an ice cream cone cookie cutter to shape the vegetables, placed rice around the cookie cutter, then carefully lifted off the cookie cutter. I sprinkled a little bit of paprika on top of the rice.
Top Right: Junior Mints
Bottom Right: Yellow bell pepper (cut with cupcake cookie cutter), edamame
