Arrr! I have two lunches today for Talk Like a Pirate Day, a Lego pirate and a pirate map pizza.
I made this for my 10 year old nephew for lunch at home. We were not sure if this would be good enough to blog. But in the end I decided to share it. I thought that I had a plastic pirate sword but could not find it. I made one from candy melts but it turned out a little strange.
Container: EasyLunchBoxes
Left Side: Lego Pirate (Naan bread covered with cream cheese, painted on food coloring for face and body, peg-leg is cinnamon, white candy melt eye and detail on shirt, semi-sweet chocolate hat with white chocolate skull, sword is white candy melt with a little black food coloring), cheese quesadilla (background)
Top Right: Cucumber
I made this for my husband’s lunch (for the next day) at the same time that I made a pizza dinner.
Container: EasyLunchBoxes
Left Side: Pirate map pizza (tomato sauce, mozzeralla cheese, red pepper, green pepper, mushroom, zucchini) – there are two map pizzas in this lunch.
Top Right: Pirate treasure chest chocolate with white and semi-sweet chocolate
Bottom Right: Sliced celery with Monkey Pirate pick (sticker that I stuck to a toothpick)
Bottom Right: Strawberries
