Just in time for the season I made this basic meal. There is something very satisfying about homemade bread with peanut butter and fruit for lunch. I deviated from including a vegetable (besides lettuce) and added two servings for fruit. I love the colors and they are reminiscent of wreaths.
I am guessing that not many would notice but there are some white specks on the tablecloth I used for the background. They are snowflakes. My favorite natural light place to take photos is on my side porch. While I was outside in the cold taking photos, snow blew in and ended up in the shoot.

Yup–homemade bread and peanut butter. Can’t do any better than that! And I can completely relate about taking photos at this time of year–we need to choose between good photos and staying warm!
Exactly! I often choose good photos but I wonder what my neighbor thinks. He does not know that I am a food blogger.
