For awhile now it has been on my list to make a cheese tortellini lunch. It was a cold week but for some reason I decided to make this cold meal. I tried a healthy tortellini pasta salad with lots of fresh vegetables and some pesto. I will not provide the recipe I used because I won’t make this exact recipe again but it looked pretty.
Tortellini: Tricolor tortellini, sugar snap peas, carrots, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and pesto
Side: Hazelnuts and chocolate chips
