Today is Election Day in the United States. It is not a Presidential election year but I feel that it is always important to vote. My husband is very busy with work this time of year. I made this quick and ridiculously simple lunch for my husband as a reminder to vote. I just used one of my letter cutter sets.

Sandwich: Peanut butter and apricot jam on wheat bread, carrot lettering
