When I asked my niece and nephews for ideas using twice baked potatoes, my 14 year old niece said, “boat”. So I made this lunch for her. It was fun to make. If you want to heat the potato, you can easily remove it from this lunch and heat in a microwave.
Fish: Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Crackers
Fruit: Green grapes
Life Preserver: Strawberry slice with white chocolate
Background: White rice, blueberries
Boat: Twice baked potato riced with a little butter, milk, Mexican cheese blend, salt, pepper, and cooked broccoli, mast (carrot), sail (yellow bell pepper)
