I made this simple lunch in honor of June roses. I used a rose pan that made six muffins. The nuts and strawberries don’t look like roses but I decided to just go with it. In either case, it was a delicious lunch.
Container: EasyLunchBoxes
Rose: Red Pepper and Cheese muffin (Page 230, Great Breads by Martha Rose Shulman) with lettuce
Dairy: Raspberry yogurt with almond flower
Fruit: Strawberries

Wow! Never heard of a rose pan, but what a beautiful lunchbox!
Thank you so much Winnie!
So pleasant…I would admire them twice before eating. The strawberries do look like cute little roses with that bright red colour!
Thank you so much! I love thinking of new ways to make food cute – sort of a current obsession – but it is fun.
Beautiful!
Thank you Cristi!
What a beautiful and yummy bento, I love roses! 🙂
Thank you Rina!
My birth day is in June!!!:)
the rose pan is very cool! does it work best for specific muffins, or does it work for all muffins?
It works for muffins and cakes.
Love the muffin. Looks good.
Thank you!
