Rose Bento

Rose Bento

I made this simple lunch in honor of June roses. I used a rose pan that made six muffins. The nuts and strawberries don’t look like roses but I decided to just go with it. In either case, it was a delicious lunch.

Container: EasyLunchBoxes

Rose: Red Pepper and Cheese muffin (Page 230, Great Breads by Martha Rose Shulman) with lettuce

Dairy: Raspberry yogurt with almond flower

Fruit: Strawberries

So pleasant…I would admire them twice before eating. The strawberries do look like cute little roses with that bright red colour!

Thank you so much! I love thinking of new ways to make food cute – sort of a current obsession – but it is fun.
