
My friend Deborah and I celebrated our 5 year friendiversary with a dinner at my home. I made the tart and salad. I would make both again! The small tarts were fun and delicious and the Almond Lime dressing was Wow! Deborah made the attractive and delicious cake. It was a fun evening.

Vegan Honey Nut Winter Squash Cake with maple syrup and pumpkin pie spices topped with a cream made of cashew butter, maple syrup, dates, vanilla, and coconut milk. Decorated with the last flower from Deborah’s garden.
