I made this squirrel themed meal for my Dad at the Lake House. We decided that we would not make the Blueberry salad again. It was not special enough.

Left Side: Squirrel – Cheddar cheese cut with a cookie cutter, food coloring marker details, Spinach Blueberry Salad with Feta

Top Right: Mixed Nuts

Bottom Right: Acorns – cut flour tortilla with a cookie cutter, place on cookie sheet with parchment, spray with cooking spray, sprinkle caps with paprika and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
