Deborah and I went to Chimney Bluffs State Park along Lake Ontario near Sodus, NY (about an hour from my home). We parked in the alternate parking lot near the steps to the top and a path to the beach. It was my first time there. I was in awe at the beauty! I made a picnic dinner and Deborah brought chairs and delicious homemade iced tea made with lemon balm, spearmint, and some raspberry juice. It was a delightful adventure!

I made two of these, one for Deborah and one for me. The Thai Peanut Potato salad was okay but not good enough to make again.
