
My niece and I made this meal for her lunch. The theme was her request.
Container: Prep Natural Glass Meal Containers
Top: Yogurt Pudding with mini chocolate chips on top (see recipe below)
Bottom: Cow – Niishiki rice shaped with plastic wrap in a cookie cutter, mushroom details, Mushroom Soup
Yogurt Pudding
32 oz plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup whipped cream
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 cup milk
2 packets gelatin – 0.5 oz each
- Boil milk and dissolve gelatin and sugar
- Put yogurt in bowl and mix with milk mixture
- Fold in whipped cream
- Put in individual cups and put plastic wrap on top
- Chill in the refrigerator overnight
