Dragonfly Vegetable Potato Salad

I made this meal for my Mom. The dragonfly is her cookie cutter. I made a blueberry vinaigrette but it was not popular so I need something different to represent sky and water for this type of salad.

Left Side: Dragonflies – white potato roasted, orange Cheddar, yellow bell pepper, cut with a cookie cutter, blueberry vinaigrette

Top Right: Green grapes

Bottom Right: Granola bar cup

    I think the blueberry vinaigrette looks just like the water in Lake Ontario at the Charlotte Pier.
