Flag Day Rice

For Flag Day, I made this rice American flag for my Dad.

Left Side: Cooked Niishiki rice shaped with plastic wrap, Butterfly pea powder, cheddar cut with mini star cutter, roasted pepper, romaine

Top Right: Pistachios

Bottom Right: Strawberries and blueberries
