
I made an easy to prepare but festive Christmas Eve meal that I enjoyed with my parents.
Asparagus Christmas Tree tarts – Puffed pastry with asparagus, Boursin cheese, Cheddar cheese stars (cut with a cookie cutter)
Blue Cheese Dip – with celery and bell peppers
Grapes
Marcona Almonds
Christmas Cookies (not in photos)



My critique of the meal: This was easy to prepare and enjoyed by all. Maybe it will become a new tradition.
