I made these cute thistle pesto pizzas for myself. My Mom bought the cookie cutter for me when my parents when to Scotland in 2019.

Left Side: Thistle – pizza cut with a cookie cutter, with homemade pesto and butterfly pea flower powder, spinach

Top Right: Hazelnuts

Bottom Right: Greek yogurt with frozen berries thawed
