Cheese Basket over Asparagus Quinoa

Cheese Flower Basket Meal

I made this lunch for my friend Carol (before the CoronaVirus).

Container: EasyLunchBoxes

Left Side:  Basket – Cheddar cheese cut with a cookie cutter, roasted asparagus, quinoa with almonds

Top Right: Pecans and Macadamia nuts

Bottom Right: Flowers – apple cut with cookie cutter and dipped in water with lemon juice to prevent browning, melted chocolate centers, blueberries
